Ronnie Rudolph

With over 15 years of experience in the industry, Ronnie Rudolph has gained his expertise from the ground up. Starting from a humble background of working as a leasing agent, Ronnie learned the detailed intricacies of customer service and acquired the minute details needed to draft leases. He soon realized his passion for real estate and development. He decided to take his skills to the next level by heading the development projects of several multi-million dollar homes in Brentwood. His hands-on approach allowed him to work closely within all aspects of property management. This enabled him to successfully build working relationships with elite clientele. Being a part of a family-owned business and working for private companies has allowed Ronnie to accumulate a wide network of both real estate, property management and development. Ronnie currently oversees over a billion dollars worth of real estate and treats every property as if he personally owns it.

Ronnie has a strong passion for the community and is currently a member of the USC East Los Angeles Civic Engagement, Lincoln Heights Chamber of Commerce, Los Angeles Boys and Girls Club, Los Angeles LH Business Improvement District and is the President of Arcadia High School Athletic Booster Club. A well seasoned veteran; he makes sure to do his research on any project. Being a part of the SGV community he makes it a point to familiarize himself with all the contributing factors and key players of any potential endeavor. When not working, Ronnie loves to give back to the local neighborhoods by being heavily involved in Arcadia High School. Building relationships is key to Ronnie as he takes pride in making sure he does what is best for the customer, family or friend.

He is currently a partner of R&R Asset Management. With a solid plan, Ronnie strives to build and maintain a strong foothold in the management and real estate community. He envisions himself as a continuous learner and attributes his success to keeping an open mind, a constant dialogue and an insatiable quest for providing the best possible product. 

Growing up in the SGV has brought Ronnie a clear and honest perspective of what is needed when advising clientele on the optimal outcomes when developing their portfolios. 

Ronnie currently resides in the San Gabriel Valley with his wife, daughter and son.

Robert Ip

Robert Ip is a real estate veteran that has grown up in the real estate business, and has worked with Fortune 500 public companies, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals. He takes a consultative and advisory approach to ensure favorable results for his clients. 

Robert has an MBA from the University of Southern California, with an emphasis in real estate finance, and a BA in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley. As an undergraduate at UC Berkeley, he was a member of Cal’s Men’s Volleyball Team. As a graduate student at USC, he was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma, which is an honors organization whose members have achieved academic excellence in the area of business studies.

When not doing real estate, Robert is involved in the Boy Scouts of America and serves as a deacon at The Vine Church. He currently resides in the San Gabriel Valley with his wife, daughter, and son.
